Collection: Steel-Bronze — Richard Orlinski

A collection built on tension.

Steel cut open. Bronze that breathes. The Steel-Bronze Ajouré collection takes Orlinski's signature geometric vocabulary to its structural extreme — each sculpture reduced to its essential lines, the material pared back until only the architecture of the animal remains.

The openwork process is unforgiving. Every facet must hold the form while surrendering mass. What emerges is a sculpture that is simultaneously solid and transparent, monumental and weightless — its presence shifting as light moves across it, as the viewer moves around it, as the day changes.

Mirror-polished to a champagne-gold finish, the steel reads differently in every environment: warmer in candlelight, sharper under daylight, deeply reflective in the spaces these works were made for — grand hotel lobbies, private residences, collectors' homes.

This is not a finish. It is a signature.
